Snowy: February 24, 2022

Very light snow when I woke up this morning – and a little after noon, the flakes got much bigger!

And it’s warmer than the last few days – we’re actually ABOVE zero today 🙂 Sitting at about 17 degrees as of 1:30 p.m.

Yesterday (Wednesday), Great Falls set a new low-temp record for February 23 – dropped to -25°. Rather brisk! But today feels colder than yesterday because there’s just a wee bit of wind.

Also of note: I’m not a big fan of “palindromic” days/weeks/etc — such as this week’s much-ballyhooed “2-22-22” — but even I was amused that the official high temperature in Great Falls on Tuesday was -2°, and the low temperature was -22°. That’s pretty cool, I suppose.
