T-Mobile in Great Falls

T-Mobile

Posted on December 24, 2022December 24, 2022 By David In Great Falls 1 Comment on T-Mobile

The building that is home to City Brew on the NW side of town now has a new tenant on the other side: T-Mobile!

That side of the building was initially home to a Verizon retailer – here’s a photo from 2017:

But the Verizon retailer bailed on the site in August 2020.

So now we have two T-Mobile retail stores in Great Fall!

The first one is near the corner of 9th Street South and 10th Avenue South – in the space formerly occupied by Z-Pizza, Salad Creations, and a video-rental store.

I’ve been a very loyal Verizon fan for more than 20 years, but I’ll admit that some of T-Mobile’s marketing has piqued my curiosity occasionally.

As a T-Mobile customer I can say – do NOT leave Verizon. The coverage in Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho is horrible. It’s best in the mid-west! The retail stores are useless to customers – they are franchise (similar to cell plus) and will not fix any issues you have. I’m very sorry I left Verizon.
