Family Affair restaurant

Posted on September 19, 2022September 19, 2022 By David In Great Falls 1 Comment on Family Affair restaurant

If you’ve been to Family Affair restaurant (616 26th Street North), you know they serve up good food – and in big portions!

Back in July 2018, after sustaining some damage when a car “bumped” into the building, they did a big interior re-design, and the results were beautiful.

Just before they re-opened a few weeks later, the owners said they had been planning on retiring within the next year, but because of the amount of damages from the crash and investing in the re-design, they decided to stay open for a few more years.

And now it looks like the end may have arrived – they posted on Facebook today that Friday, September 23, 2022, will be their last day.

If that really does mean that they are closing permanently, I wonder if someone else will buy it and keep it going, or re-brand it, or…something else.

UPDATE – from the comments – Maureen McInnis says that new owners will open the restaurant in November.
