Hello, Friday – nice to see you, even though you are looking a bit…um…grey. It’s been drizzling for a few hours, too. BUT! I can’t complain about 56 degrees at 11:15 a.m.. It sure would be nice the sun cracked through the overcast skies, even if just for a few minutes to reassure everyone that it is still there!

The Photo Of The Day (up top) is a TOMAHAWK steak from the Beef N Bone restaurant! It’s about seven miles down I-15 near Ulm.
Gets my vote for the best steak in Cascade County! I’ve downed more than a dozen of those Tomahawks, and…wow. Just wow.
Chef Michael and his lovely wife have created an amazing place, and it makes me so happy that they are now in their 10th year!
Try to save room for dessert 😀
