The opening date for Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi Bar in Great Falls just got bumped again.
The new restaurant is in the Great Falls Marketplace in the spot formerly occupied by Pizza Hut (next to Cold Stone Creamery). Hokkaido began renovating the space back in January, and the 3,774-square foot restaurant will feature quick-service, take-out, and dine in options.
They had initially planned to open in July, but the COVID situation delayed the opening until August 18 (yesterday) – but today they posted on Facebook that they are now shooting for the end of the month.
Dear customers,
Due to an inspection issue we could not open on the 18th of August as planned. We are trying to get this issue fixed as fast as we can and hopefully we will be able to open our door at the end of August. Also we are working on our online menu so our website will be updated very soon. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding! Stay safe!
They also posted job openings last week: “Now hiring for Line Cook, Server, and Host positions.
