New restaurant!

How many of you remember the Rio Ranch Grill? It didn’t last very long, unfortunately.

These pictures are from August 2006 (yes, that was state-of-the-art cell phone photo technology in 2006).

I ate there once, and it was pretty good. Nice decor, too. This spot was Portofino’s in 2002, and after Rio Ranch Grill closed, it briefly became known as Sedgie’s, which sadly did not last very long, either. Then for a while it became the Tap House Grill, which I never tried.

A few weeks ago, a new restaurant opened in that space – it’s called Harvest Craft Kitchen, and I look forward to trying it!
